Elemental Power (EPi) is a JV between Cultivate Construction and Robert Luxmoore Project Management (RLPM) offering competitive seamless integration of development and construction services to renewable energy projects.
Given the staged development of the wind farm projects, we managed them through various stages of development from land owner agreements, wind monitoring, environmental assessments, community days, community and stakeholder consultation, planning approvals, site design/turbine layouts, procurement functional specifications, equipment and construction tenders and business models.

Project: Magenta Shores
Project Size: 200kW
Client: Mirvac
Description: Small wind
project for the Mirvac Magenta Shores Development in the central coast of NSW.
Preliminary environmental impact assessment work was carried out to install wind
turbines on the developments golf course adjacent to the beach. Turbine
selection and feasibility studies were also undertaken for the client to make a
more informed decision. This project is nearing the procurement stage for 100 –
200 kW.
